Exacta Weather predicts another extreme winter for many parts of the United States.

“We expect North America and the Pacific Northwest region to experience a very severe winter, the Cascades snowpack is likely to see increased levels due to the negative (cold) phase of PDO. Our weather models are also showing an increased likelihood for major snow events in Northeastern and Midwestern parts of the US throughout December 2011 and January 2012, that could see severe blizzard conditions hit New York City and Chicago.”

Advanced Snow and Ice Solutions is awarded the contract for a major supermarket chain in the Mid Atlantic region in January 2010 when another company failed to meet expectations.

The Mid Atlantic region was hit early with a blizzard in December exposing a regional supermarket chain to the harmful conditions that Mother nature can cause to the grocery industry. Due to contractor failures, Advanced Snow and Ice Solutions was brought in to fulfill the requirements a competing company failed to meet in January. The remaining winter brought record breaking snowfalls and two additional blizzards and Advanced Snow and Ice Solutions successfully met the demands of the harshest winter to date.
